Privacy notice

This notice covers the BFF website, enquiry forms and Client Studio.

What you provide

Enquiry forms collect your name, business, email, optional phone number, selected service and message. A detailed project checklist collects the information you choose to supply about your website. Client Studio uses your ChatGPT sign-in identity and stores project briefs, messages, uploaded files, approvals and invoice records.

How it is used

BFF uses this information to respond to your request, scope and deliver services, manage projects and maintain billing records. Enquiries are not published as testimonials or project examples automatically. Do not include passwords, payment-card details or confidential client records in public enquiry forms.

Systems involved

The website runs on ChatGPT Sites using Cloudflare hosting and storage. Client Studio sign-in is provided through ChatGPT. PayPal payment authorisation is handled by PayPal; BFF’s website does not collect your card details. Email enquiries are handled through BFF’s business mailbox.

Checkout information

Guest checkout stores your contact details, selected package, accepted terms version, order and PayPal transaction references. An essential secure checkout cookie links your browser to your order for fourteen days. It does not grant access to anyone else’s projects. Payment card details stay with PayPal.

Access and cookies

Client Studio requires sign-in. Project access is limited to the associated user and authorised BFF management. Sign-in services may use essential cookies to operate your session. The website does not currently add advertising trackers.

To ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion, contact sales@bffwebconsultants.org. BFF will review your request and explain any service or record-keeping obligations that affect it. Include your enquiry reference where possible.
