Service & payment information
Use this guide to understand the package information. For fixed packages, the scope displayed at checkout and these service terms form the basis of your order. Custom work requires a written proposal.
Know what you’re paying for.
The selected page count, mobile-ready design, listed features and revision rounds. Basic: one round. Business Plus: two rounds.
Domain registration/renewal, paid licences, content creation, email migration, extra mailboxes, extra pages and custom integrations. Hosting after the included period and paid care require approval.
New Basic and Business Plus projects include three months of hosting and Essential launch care from launch. Both fixed packages include two mailboxes while hosted with BFF. Sales Front’s six months of care and hosting scope are confirmed in its quote. No automatic paid subscription starts.
Development prices are in EC dollars. Where a PayPal invoice is agreed, Basic is US$444.44 and Business Plus is US$925.93 using EC$2.70 = US$1. Your payment provider may apply currency conversion fees. The written quote confirms the full total and any applicable charges before payment.

The target begins only when the scope is agreed, payment arrangements are confirmed and BFF has received all required approved text, images and other content. Client feedback must arrive on the agreed schedule. Custom features, additional scope or delayed approvals can extend delivery. BFF confirms your launch date in writing.
Review rounds and extra work
Basic includes one revision round; Business Plus includes two. A round is one consolidated set of feedback on the agreed design. New features, extra pages, redesigns or work outside the agreed scope need a separate quote and approval.
Online purchase and commitment
Basic and Business Plus can be purchased online through PayPal. The full development amount is displayed before payment. When PayPal confirms a completed payment and the website verifies it, BFF accepts your order and commits to delivering the selected package under its displayed scope and these terms. You receive an order and payment reference. No monthly care subscription is added automatically.
An enquiry is different: asking a question or requesting a custom quote does not place an order or create a purchase obligation. We do not use the word reservation for an enquiry.
Cancellation and refunds
Send cancellation requests to sales@bffwebconsultants.org or WhatsApp +1 (473) 417-8666, quoting your order reference. BFF will stop new work and review the work completed, the agreed scope and your applicable cancellation rights. Any lawful deduction must be fair, itemised and limited to authorised work actually completed and pre-approved third-party costs that cannot reasonably be recovered. There is no automatic forfeiture of the whole payment.
If BFF cannot deliver, payment for undelivered work is refundable. Rights relating to defective, misrepresented or undelivered services remain available. No statement here excludes mandatory consumer rights or payment-provider remedies.
Your complimentary launch gift
New Basic and Business Plus development orders include three consecutive months of BFF website hosting and Essential launch care, starting on the agreed launch date. Launch care covers routine software updates where applicable, backup and uptime checks, a monthly service summary and up to 30 minutes of supplied text or image updates each month. Unused edit time does not roll over. Acknowledgement target: within three business days. New features, redesigns and major recovery are separate.
Basic and Business Plus include two business mailboxes at no separate mailbox hosting charge while the website remains on active BFF hosting. Sales Front includes at least two such mailboxes and six months of Essential launch care; its hosting requirements are quoted. Domain access and client approval are required before provisioning. Email migration and extra mailboxes are quoted separately.
Hosting & email after the gift period
Standard website hosting is EC$30 per month or EC$300 per year, payable only after explicit approval of the selected term. It includes up to 2 GB of website storage; each included mailbox has up to 1 GB. Larger systems and additional storage require a separate quote. Domains, paid software licences, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 subscriptions are separate. We agree the renewal or transfer arrangements before the included period ends; no paid service renews automatically under this offer.
This offer applies to new orders under the launch-care terms displayed at checkout. Existing accepted orders keep their agreed scope unless changed in writing. Complimentary periods are part of the package, cannot be exchanged for cash and do not limit cancellation, refund or other applicable rights.
Optional add-ons & ongoing care
Add-on enquiry links request a quote; they do not add a charge. Additional pages, content work, email migration, extra mailboxes, domains and integrations require an agreed price and written approval. Third-party fees are confirmed before purchase.
Paid care starts only after written approval, following the included care period or an agreed upgrade. It is billed separately per website. Content allowances cover supplied text and image changes to existing pages. Unused time does not roll over. Business-hour response targets are acknowledgement targets, not guarantees of resolution. Hosting after the gift period, domains, licences and major work are separate. Request cancellation before your next billing period.
